What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the answers you give — for example your event details, your coaching goals, an application's questions, or an assessment's responses.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, where you asked for one, to schedule a call.
• To send you what you requested, such as your assessment results or a free lesson.
• To prepare for coaching, a workshop, or a speaking engagement you applied for.
• To send you text messages, but only if you ticked the consent box on a form.

Your submission is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) system Eliam Fuentes uses to run his speaking and coaching business, and is handled by Eliam and his team. GoHighLevel also sends the emails and text messages described below on our behalf.

Text messages (SMS terms)

We text you only if you checked the SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent is never a condition of submitting a form, booking a call, or buying anything.

• Who texts you: Eliam Fuentes.
• What we send: messages about what you asked for — your call or event details, reminders, follow-up, and occasional updates about Eliam's programs.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@eliamfuentes.com.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The support-services subcontractor we use is GoHighLevel, the CRM that stores your contact record and sends these messages for us.

Email

We email you in response to what you submitted, and we send program updates to people who opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by email.

Your choices

Write to hello@eliamfuentes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
